My name is Zuozhu Liu, I was born in 1994 in China. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University in June 2015. During my undergraduate, I visited University of Notre Dame and University of Michigan, Ann arbor for three months in 2014.

Since September 2015, I became a Ph.D. candidate at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) under the guidance of Prof. Tony Q.S. Quek and Prof. Lin Shaowei. During June to Dec 2017, I was an intern at RIKEN AIP, Japan with Dr. Emtiyaz Khan, working on Bayesian inference and stochastic optimization. During June to Sep 2018, I was an intern at Preferred Networks Inc. in Tokyo, working on reinforcement learning.

I passed CFA Level 3 in 2018.

I graduated from SUTD in Aug 2019. Now I am a Research Fellow at National University of Singapore with Prof. Alexandre Thiery
